These Terms of Purchase govern the purchase of the $WINN reservation package offered on this website. The seller is:

The product is a reservation pre-agreement for a $WINN security token package tied to Apartment No. 129, Monte Casa I, Zlatibor, Republic of Serbia, granting the rights described in the Pre-Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are the total amount payable for the package. Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by the buyer's own card issuer are borne by the buyer.
Payment is made online by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Dina) through the certified payment gateway Monri WebPay. Card data is entered on Monri's secure, PCI-DSS compliant page; Winfield does not see, process or store your full card number.
The contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the order, completes payment, and the seller receives an approved authorisation from the payment provider. A confirmation is then made available on the buyer's reservation page.
Charges are made in euros (EUR). If your card is denominated in another currency, the final amount in your currency is determined by your card issuer at its exchange rate on the transaction date and is outside the seller's control.
This is a reservation of digital rights, not a shipped physical good. Upon approved payment, the seller registers the reservation against the buyer's signed Pre-Agreement and contract number. Issuance of the $WINN tokens and the related rights follows the conditions and timeline set out in the Pre-Agreement (including the building's occupancy permit and applicable regulatory approval).
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of signing the Pre-Agreement, without giving any reason, and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. After 14 days, refunds are made only in the cases set out in the Pre-Agreement.
Withdrawal requests are submitted in writing to info@winfieldtoken.com. Approved refunds are returned within 30 days, by reversal to the original payment card where possible, or by SEPA transfer to the buyer's bank account.
Complaints regarding the purchase or payment may be submitted to info@winfieldtoken.com, quoting the contract number. The seller will acknowledge receipt and respond within the statutory deadlines under the consumer-protection rules of the Republic of Serbia.
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, including the regulations of the National Bank of Serbia and the Securities Commission. The Serbian-language version of the legal documents prevails. Any disputes are subject to the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
